By ordering from ChromaTempo, you agree to play by these colorful rules. They keep everything bright and fair.

• Ordering: Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship your watch, sending you a confirmation email that feels like a celebration.
• Pricing: All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes and shipping, which will be calculated clearly at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
• Intellectual Property: Everything you see here—the ChromaTempo name, logo, website design, and our distinctive colorful voice—is our creative property. Please don't copy our palette. Swatch designs are the property of Swatch AG.
• Limitation of Liability: We pour our hearts into curating perfect, vibrant timepieces. However, ChromaTempo's total liability for any claim related to your purchase will not exceed the purchase price of the watch in question. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages. (In short: we'll make it right if we mess up, but we can't be responsible for the universe's whims.)
• Changes: We may update these terms to keep our colors fresh. The terms active at the time of your order are the ones that govern.
