Returns: If the Hue Isn't For You

We want you to love your color commitment. If the vibe is off, here's how to make a change.

• The Window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return for a refund to your original payment method.
• Condition: The watch must be returned in its original, unworn condition, with all protective films intact, in the original box with all papers and tags. It needs to look like it just left our studio.
• Restocking Fee: None. Zero. We don't penalize a change of heart, only a change of color. However, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• How to Start: Don't just send it back. Email us first at returns@swatchroyalpopcolorfulwatcheslifestyleboutiquepickyourtimepiecebymoodandcolorwithbrilliantredorangepinkbluegreenhuesforyoungconsumersmakingaconfidentstylestatementshop.com with your order number. We'll send you a simple return authorization and the address to send your package. Once we receive and inspect it, we'll process your refund within 5 business days.
• Final Sale: Watches marked 'Final Sale' (like incredible clearance finds) are exactly that—final. They're looking for a forever home.
